Muslim family changes son's name from Narendra Modi to Mohd Modi

A Muslim family in Uttar Pradesh's Gonda who had named their newborn son Narendra Modi has changed his name to Mohd Altaf Alam Modi. The boy's mother, Mehnaaz Begum, said some family members had refused to be a part of post-birth ceremonies due to the name. Further, doctors said the baby was born on May 12 and not May 23.
