Muslim lawyer representing arrested Hindu monk Das killed in Bangladesh: Reports

A Muslim lawyer named Saiful Islam Alif, who was reportedly representing arrested Hindu monk Chinmoy Krishna Das, has been killed amid the protests in Bangladesh over Das' arrest, as per reports. Police fired at the protestors and also beat them as they blocked a van carrying the monk. Several supporters of the monk were also injured in the protests.
