Muslim man beats Hindu woman to death at bus stand in Guj, gets flogged in public by police

Faizal alias Khatki Rafiq Lakhani allegedly beat Kajal, his partner, to death at a bus stand in Gujarat's Bhavnagar. The police took Faizal to the bus stand to reconstruct the crime scene and flogged him publicly with their batons. "We did it because this is a rare case," the police said about the public thrashing of Faizal.
