Muslim side moves SC, challenges HC order in Bhojshala case

Days after Madhya Pradesh HC declared the disputed Bhojshala complex in Dhar a temple, the Muslim side moved Supreme Court, asserting the site is Kamal Maula mosque. The HC had ruled that the site is a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati and set aside the 2003 Archaeological Survey of India order that allowed Muslims to offer namaz there on Fridays.
