Mustapha Adib named as Lebanon's new PM after govt quit over Beirut blast

Lebanese President Michel Aoun on Monday named Mustapha Adib, who has been the country's envoy to Germany since 2013, as the new Prime Minister. Adib secured the support of a majority of MPs. The previous government had quit earlier this month in the wake of the explosion at Beirut port.
