Muthoot FinCorp planning ₹2,772-crore IPO later this year: Report

Muthoot FinCorp is planning to raise $300 million (₹2,772 crore) via an IPO later this year, a Bloomberg report stated. The IPO is expected to include a mix of fresh issue shares and an offer for sale by existing investors. A Muthoot FinCorp spokesperson told Bloomberg that bankers for the IPO have not been hired yet.
