Muthoot Microfin refiles IPO papers to raise ₹1,350 crore

Muthoot Pappachan Group's Muthoot Microfin has refiled draft papers with SEBI to raise ₹1,350 crore via an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO consists of a fresh issue of up to ₹950 crore. Further, an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹400 crore comprises up to ₹70 crore each by Thomas John Muthoot, Thomas Muthoot and Thomas George Muthoot.
