Mutual decision: McCullum on Anderson’s absence due to golf event

After England bowling consultant James Anderson, who's involved in a golf tournament, missed the start of England's first Test against Pakistan, head coach Brendon McCullum said it was a "combined decision" amongst everyone. "Two months ago...you guys were saying he didn’t deserve to be the coach...Now we're missing him," McCullum added. Anderson is expected to join the team on Tuesday.
