Police said accused Rohit Kumar Sahni had attempted to assault another girl two days before this incident. Muzaffarpur SP said he also made social media reels targeting minors. The victim, who couldn’t speak due to throat injuries, communicated the assault to family through gestures before succumbing to her wounds.
