My 80-year-old father still practises yoga headstands: Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia, on the 12th International Day of Yoga, said it has become an important part of her life and that her 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son also practice it. "My dad is almost 80 years old and...he still does headstands," she added. Neha further said that yoga is "one of the finest exports" given to the world by India.
