My father is a farmer, I built everything on my own: Chithravel after winning CWG silver

Indian triple jumper Praveen Chithravel, who won silver in the men's triple jump at the Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2026, said he didn't have any pressure. "I'm happy to get the silver medal," the 25-year-old added. Speaking about his family background, Praveen said, "My father is a farmer, and my mother is a housewife. I built everything on my own."
