Ex-IAS officer Rohit Kumar Singh, currently a member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), took to X to share the appointment letter for his first job. "A little more than 40 years ago, I got my first job at TCS Mumbai through campus recruitment at IIT BHU," he wrote. He added that TCS paid him ₹1,300 a month.
