My goal is to pay people 50% more than market: Scott Galloway

NYU Stern Professor Scott Galloway said on the podcast that he now likes to hire people “two bad decisions away from living in their car” and aims to pay 50% above market. He wants his kids to feel they can never pay him back. “When you’re younger, you think winning is getting more from other people,” he said.
