My hands were boiled, fingernails were pulled out by Russians: Ukrainian woman
A 44-year-old Ukrainian woman living in Kherson said she was repeatedly detained and tortured by Russian forces. Oksana Minenko, whose husband died in war, claimed that during several interrogations in the spring, Russian forces plunged her hands in boiling water, pulled out her fingernails and beat her in the face with rifle butts so severely that she needed plastic surgery.
