My men drank filthy buffalo water to survive: Major Digvijay Rawat

Ex-SF officer Major Digvijay Rawat said on a podcast that Indian troops' toughness is unmatched, recalling a mission near the Myanmar border, where water ran out for days. “Everybody drank that water” from a filthy stream with buffaloes in it, he said. “That kind of survivability is unmatchable,” he added, crediting their rural upbringing.
