Hunter Biden issued his first statement after his father, US President Joe Biden, officially pardoned him in two criminal cases. He said he took full responsibility for his "mistakes that've been exploited to publicly...shame me and my family for political sport". Hunter was found guilty of being an illegal drug user possessing a gun and pleaded guilty to tax charges.
