My transactions with entities are genuine: Poonawalla Fincorp's ex-MD

Abhay Bhutada, who resigned as Poonawalla Fincorp's MD after SEBI barred him and seven others from the securities market over insider trading, said his transactions with the entities were genuine and legitimate. "I will come out clean very soon and I haven't shared any UPSI with anyone," he added. "[I'm] ready to provide all required clarification to authorities," Bhutada said.
