MyGlamm acquires BabyChakra; its CEO to join MyGlamm as Co-founder

Beauty and personal care company MyGlamm on Tuesday announced that it has acquired parenting platform BabyChakra. While the financial details of the deal weren't disclosed, MyGlamm said it will be investing ₹100 crore in BabyChakra over the next three years. BabyChakra's CEO Naiyya Saggi, who founded the Mumbai-based startup in 2015, will join MyGlamm Group as the Co-founder and President.
