Mysterious 'white blobs' wash up on beaches in Canada

An investigation was launched by officials in Canada after mysterious 'white blobs' washed up on Newfoundland beaches, BBC reported. An Environment and Climate Change Canada spokesperson told a newspaper that it's not petroleum hydrocarbon, petroleum lubricant or biofuel. Moreover, a marine ecologist from Fisheries and Oceans Canada told the newspaper that it doesn't have any biological material.
