N Korea building wall on S Korea border after soldier crossings

North Korea is reportedly building a wall on its border with South Korea after multiple soldiers from the north were reported to have recently crossed into South Korea before heading back. The wall is reportedly being constructed along the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Notably, extended military activity in DMZ could be a violation of the long-term truce between the two countries.
