N Korea may have made more nukes, but threat reduced: Stanford study

North Korea continued to produce bomb fuel while in denuclearisation talks with the US and may have added five to seven nuclear weapons to its arsenal, according to a study by Stanford University's Centre for International Security and Cooperation. However, the study stated that "North Korea is less dangerous today than it was at the end of 2017".
