N Korea showing very serious increase in ability to produce nuclear weapons: IAEA

North Korea is showing "very serious increase" in ability to produce nuclear weapons, International Atomic Energy Agency head Rafael Grossi said, pointing to surge in operations across country's nuclear facilities. A "rapid increase in operations" was observed at Yongbyon nuclear complex, he added. North Korea had claimed parts of complex were decommissioned. However, it was reactivated in 2021.
