Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella in his book 'Hit Refresh' wrote about how his son's cerebral palsy helped him understand people of all disabilities. He wrote that visits to Zain's hospital gave him an outlook on how Microsoft technologies helped improve the medical space and that his work "transcended business". Being an empathetic father made him a "better leader", he added.
