Nadiadwala Grandson leases 2 Mumbai offices for ₹55 lakh

Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has leased two office premises (nos. 801 & 802) at Lotus Grandeur, Andheri West, Mumbai, for 11 months starting November 1, 2026. The total rent is ₹55 lakh at ₹5 lakh/month, paid in advance. This is their second lease deal with Rhea and Dia Enterprises in the same building.
