Founder and Chairman of the outlawed National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-IM), Isak Chisi Swu (87) died in a Delhi hospital on Tuesday. The NSCN, accused of indulging in violence, has been demanding the establishment of a sovereign Christian state 'Nagalim'. The organisation had signed the framework Naga Peace Accord with the government last year after 16 years of negotiations.
