Naida Caves: Once a hideout for Portuguese, now a tourist paradise
Naida Caves in Diu are steeped in mystery and history. From being the hideout of Portuguese soldiers and pirates to rocks being quarried for making the grand Diu Fort, Naida Caves have seen history closely and offer a captivating journey beyond the ordinary. The current structure, with 19 caves and tunnels, has resulted from natural erosion and human intervention.
