Namita Thapar's Emcure plans to raise $500 mn in 2024 IPO: Report

Shark Tank India judge Namita Thapar's Emcure Pharmaceuticals plans to raise up to $500 million through an IPO next year, Reuters reported. The company is reportedly targeting a valuation of about $3 billion and has hired investment banks including JPMorgan and Kotak for the initial public offering. Emcure shelved IPO plans in 2022 amid unfavourable market conditions.
