Infosys Co-founder Nandan Nilekani-backed assisted e-commerce platform for small retailers ShopX has acquihired Pune-based 'GabbarDeals.com', an electronics retail website. As part of the deal, GabbarDeals Co-founder Niraj Raka will head organised retail at ShopX. Founded in 2015 by Amit Sharma and Apoorva Jois, Bengaluru-based ShopX helps brick-and-mortar retailers set up their own online stores.
