Nanded admin flags fake list of 'drought-hit' villages in Maha

Maharashtra's Nanded district administration has flagged a fake list of "drought-hit" villages circulating on social media and asked farmers and public not to trust unverified information. An assessment of crop conditions and rainfall patterns across the district is underway, officials said. In Latur, Collector Bharat Bastewad also dismissed a circulating list of alleged drought measures as fake.
