Nandini milk price hike necessitated to support farmers: Congress

Karnataka Congress General Secretary Sanket Yenagi said hiking price of Nandini milk products by ₹3/litre was "necessitated to support farmers and milk producers". "The hike has been made to give support price to farmers...We're not diverting the funds," Yenagi said. This comes after Andhra Pradesh's Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams stopped using Nandini ghee for making laddoos amid the price hike.
