Narayana Hrudayalaya to manage 100-bed Kolkata hospital

Narayana Hrudayalaya signed an Operation and Management Agreement to exclusively run Mission of Mercy Hospital & Research Centre at Park Street, Kolkata. The 100-bed facility spans 63,240 sq ft. The deal involves no ownership or lease rights. Commercial operations may begin within 12 months, pending satisfaction of conditions precedent by both parties.
