NASA captures a star's death in 'rotten egg' nebula
NASA's Hubble Space Telescope captured a rare photograph of a dying star, transforming from a red giant to a planetary nebula and ejecting outer layers of gas and dust at almost 10 lakh kmph. The 'Rotten Egg' Nebula is called so because it contains sulphur, an element which smells like rotten eggs when combined with other elements.
