NASA completes first-ever medical evacuation from space, 4 astronauts return a month early

Four NASA astronauts returned to Earth a month early from International Space Station aboard a SpaceX capsule, in an emergency return flight due to one astronaut's ailing health. This is the first time NASA has cut short a space crew's mission due to a health emergency. NASA didn't reveal which astronaut was facing the said issue due to privacy concerns.
