NASA congratulates ISRO on successful Chandrayaan-2 launch

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on Monday congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on the successful launch of 'Chandrayaan-2', India's second Moon mission. "We look forward to what you learn about the lunar south pole," NASA tweeted. Notably, 'Chandrayaan-2' is the world's first-ever mission aimed towards a soft landing on the Moon's south polar region.
