NASA finds 1,700-yr-old exploding star growing at 3.2 mn km per hr

NASA's scientists using observations from the Chandra X-ray Observatory have found remains of a star that died in a massive explosion around 1,700 years ago. Researchers estimated the supernova remnant is still expanding at around 3.2 million kilometres per hour. It was found close to a giant black hole that is located at the heart of the Milky Way galaxy.
