NASA jet reaches speeds that can allow it to go from Delhi to Bengaluru in 1 hour

NASA's X-59 experimental jet reached speeds of Mach 1.4 at 55,000 feet, a milestone achieved days after the jet performed its first supersonic flight. At Mach 1.4 speeds, the jet travelled at over 1,700 km/hour, which can allow it to fly from Delhi to Bengaluru in just one hour. The X-59 can fly supersonic without causing a loud sonic boom.
