NASA's Balloon Campaign in Antarctica completed successfully

NASA completed its Antarctic high-altitude balloon campaign that began in early December. Four balloons were launched to study cosmic rays, antimatter, and high-energy particles in Earth's atmosphere. The General AntiParticle Spectrometer looked for antimatter particles, while the Payload for Ultrahigh Energy Observations detected neutrino signals. Data will support future astrophysics research.
