NASA has shared a 10-year time lapse video of the Sun, with its Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) having gathered 425 million high-resolution images of the Sun. The video shows the Sun's outermost atmospheric layer – the corona and compiles one photo of the Sun per hour of each of the preceding ten years.
