NASA shares pic of Chandelier cluster with 10-bn-year old stars
NASA shared a picture of the NGC 6723 star cluster, also called Chandelier Cluster, captured by its Hubble Space Telescope. The cluster contains around millions of stars bound together tightly due to gravity with some stars more than 10 billion years old. NASA added that each 'lightbulb' in the Chandelier is more than 27,000 light-years away in the constellation Sagittarius.
