NASA shares a picture of Earth taken from space to wish New Year. "The western hemisphere, captured by the GOES satellite, shows snow blanketed on the continental US, white clouds swirling over blue oceans, central and South America appear green and brown, with small spots of white. Black space surrounds Earth," NASA wrote along with the picture.
