NASA shares pic of galaxy showing black hole pictured for 1st time

After the first-ever direct image of a black hole was revealed, NASA released images of galaxy M87, showing the same black hole at its centre. "While NASA observations did not directly trace out the historic image, astronomers used data from NASA's Chandra (telescope)," NASA said. The X-ray data was compared with observations of the Event Horizon Telescope, NASA added.
