Nasal COVID vaccine approved by govt, to be available in private hospitals first: Report

The Centre has approved nasal vaccine for COVID-19 and will be included in the COVID-19 vaccination programme from Friday amid rising cases in China, according to reports. The vaccines will reportedly be used as a heterologous booster and will initially be available in private hospitals. Earlier, the Health Ministry urged states to increase awareness about booster vaccine doses.
