Nashik farmer builds ₹75 lakh agri-enterprise with solar drying
Ganesh Kadam, a hotel management graduate, began grape farming in Nashik as starting a hospitality business would have required selling family land. The 2019 drought and COVID-19 pushed him toward value addition. By combining farming with solar dehydration of grapes, ginger, tomatoes, and other crops, he built a robust agri-enterprise with an annual turnover of ₹75 lakh.
