NATCO Pharma will acquire an additional stake in Adcock Ingram for ZAR 1.81 billion (approximately ₹1,069 crore), increasing its ownership to 49% from 35.75%. The Board also approved an investment of up to ₹1,400 crore in its South African subsidiary to support expansion across Africa and future growth.
