National consumer body grants relief to Salman in pan masala ad case

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) stayed proceedings against Salman Khan in a complaint related to an allegedly misleading pan masala ad. This comes after Salman challenged directions issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission before the NCDRC. The higher appellate court raised questions on the manner in which the district court proceedings were conducted.
