National cultural festival of India begins in Delhi

The 10-day national cultural festival of India, Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav, was inaugurated today at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts. The second edition of the festival will feature over 150 cultural performances by 400 artists from different parts of the country. "It's a unique opportunity for our youth to experience India," said Gaurav Bansal, festival director.
