National flag flies at half-mast at Rashtrapati Bhavan after Pope Francis' death

The national flag was seen flying at half mast at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Tuesday, a day after Pope Francis passed away at 88. The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday declared three-day state mourning across India as a mark of respect for Pope Francis, who was the first Latin American leader of the Roman Catholic Church.
