National record holder Animesh Kujur reaches men's 200m final at Asiad

Indian sprinter Animesh Kujur clocked 20.81s to finish second in his semi-final heat and automatically qualify for the men's 200m final at Asian Games 2026 on Saturday. The 23-year-old finished eighth overall across the semi-final heats. Animesh, the national record holder in 200m, had earlier missed out on the men's 100m final.
