NATO in talks to build naval base in Albania: PM Edi Rama

Albanian PM Edi Rama on Friday said that Albania is in talks with NATO to build a naval base at Porto Romano, a port under construction on its coast. The port will also have a commercial section, Rama added. "We'll soon go back to Brussels to continue our discussions regarding our proposal...for...installation of a NATO naval base," he further said.
