Natural geyser in Iceland shoots boiling water as high as 130 ft every 5 mins

Strokkur, the most active geyser in Iceland's Geysir geothermal area, shoots up boiling hot water into the sky to heights of 50-60 feet every five-ten minutes. Occasionally, the eruptions go as high as 130 feet. Natural geysers are periodically-spouting hot springs, created when water meets magma-heated rock, boils and then erupts under pressure. There are about 1,000 natural geysers worldwide.
